I am a GIS professional who has been working in the spatial industry for over 30 years both in Australia and overseas in countries such as India, Papua New Guinea, Philippines and the United Kingdom.

My specialty is developing and using GIS, GPS, UAV and Surveying technology for community development projects. I also specialise in developing and teaching short courses in Geospatial Technology ranging from community to university level.

In addition I have a wide range of experience in using Geospatial Technology in fields such as archaeology, asset management, emergency management, health, forestry, mining, natural resource management and transport planning.

I have been running BLIS from various locations since 2005. My present home office is in Rushworth, Central Victoria, Australia.
